Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Outfitted, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

These terms are between you and [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], [STREET ADDRESS], [CITY, STATE, POSTAL CODE], [COUNTRY], the operator of Outfitted.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Outfitted, or older if your country requires it. If you are under 18, you may only use Outfitted with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement with us, and you must not be barred from using the service under the laws that apply to you.

Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. Your account is for you, so please do not share your sign-in details or let someone else use your account.

You are responsible for what happens through your account. Tell us at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you think someone else has access to it.

Your photos, your wardrobe details, and anything else you upload remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your content.

To run the service, you give us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content, and to create the outfit recommendations and visuals you ask for. This license exists only so we can operate Outfitted for you, and it ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies we keep briefly in backups.

Only upload photos you have the right to use. If a photo includes another person, make sure you have their permission.

Outfitted generates styling suggestions using AI, based on your preferences, your wardrobe, and what you tell us. Recommendations are informational and may not suit every occasion, body, climate, or dress code.

We do not guarantee that a look will fit, that a garment you own still fits, or that a suggestion will be right for a particular event. You decide what to wear.

Please use Outfitted as intended. That means you will not:

• Break any law, or use the app to harm or harass anyone.
• Upload photos of other people without their permission, or any content that is unlawful or that you do not have the rights to.
• Copy, scrape, or bulk extract content or data from the app, or use automated tools to access it.
• Reverse engineer, tamper with, or try to bypass the security or limits of the app.
• Use the styling features to generate unlawful, hateful, or harmful material.
• Impersonate someone else, or misrepresent your connection to any person or brand.
• Resell or commercially exploit the app or the styling it produces without our written permission.

Outfitted can be used for free, and we may offer paid plans with additional features. If you choose a paid plan, the price and what it includes will be shown to you before you buy.

If you buy through an app store, that store bills you and its own terms apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you cancel through the store where you subscribed. We do not control app store billing or refunds.

We may change what a plan includes or its price. If a change affects a plan you are paying for, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Outfitted may link to other sites or services, such as a look you saved from elsewhere or a retailer page. Those services are not ours, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to them.

The Outfitted name, the app, its design, and the content we create for it belong to us or to our licensors.

We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes, for as long as these terms apply to you.

We work to keep Outfitted available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and some may be offered as a preview that we later adjust or remove.

We may suspend the service for maintenance, or stop offering it entirely. If we stop offering it, we will give you a reasonable chance to export or delete your content.

Outfitted is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be error free, that recommendations will meet your expectations, or that any image processing will be perfect.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of Outfitted.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Outfitted at any time, and you can delete your account from inside the app.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we need to protect the app or other users. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be handled by the courts located in [VENUE], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

We may update these terms as Outfitted changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.

If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Outfitted after that means you accept the updated terms.
