You choose what to share with Outfitted. In practice, that is:

• Photos you upload, including photos of clothing you own, screenshots of looks that inspire you, and any image you attach to a styling request.
• Wardrobe details, such as the items you add, their category, color, brand, size, notes, and any wear history you record.
• Style preferences, such as your onboarding answers, the looks you love or skip, the outfits you save, and the adjustments you ask for.
• Messages you send us, whether through the Contact page or by email.

As you use Outfitted, we build and update your Style DNA and your taste profile. That includes style traits, preferred silhouettes, color preferences, the occasions you dress for, and the recurring wardrobe gaps our styling identifies.

This profile is created from your own activity in the app. We do not buy style or wardrobe data about you from anyone else.

When you use the app we collect basic technical information, such as your device type, browser, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and the screens you visit.

We use this to keep you signed in, to understand how the app is used, and to find and fix problems.

We use cookies and similar browser storage for signing in and managing your session. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

We use the information described above to:

• Create your account and keep you signed in.
• Generate outfit recommendations, styling notes, and outfit visuals for you.
• Learn from what you love, save, skip, and adjust so later recommendations fit you better.
• Keep the app secure and prevent misuse.
• Answer your questions and support requests.
• Understand how the app is used so we can improve it.
• Meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Styling recommendations are produced with the help of AI models. To generate them, we send the relevant parts of your request, your style preferences, and descriptions of the pieces involved to the providers that run those models.

We send the minimum needed to produce the result. We do not include your name, email address, or account identifiers in styling requests.

We also use service providers for hosting, data storage, and email delivery. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.

Photos you upload are stored so we can show them back to you, style around them, and compose outfit visuals that feature your pieces.

Some images are processed automatically to remove their background, so your garments can be arranged into an outfit board.

You can delete a photo or a wardrobe item at any time. When you do, it is removed from your account and no longer used in new styling.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your photos or your style profile to serve you third party advertising.

We do not share your wardrobe or your style data with brands or retailers.

Styling recommendations you receive are based on your preferences and your wardrobe alone. They are not influenced by paid placement.

We share personal information only in these situations:

• With service providers who help us run the app, such as hosting, storage, AI, and email providers, under contracts that limit their use of it.
• When the law requires it, or when we need to respond to a valid legal request or protect the rights and safety of our users.
• If the business is sold, merged, or reorganized, in which case your information may transfer as part of that transaction, and we will tell you before it does.
• When you ask us to, or direct us to share something.

We keep your information while your account is active, because your wardrobe, your style profile, and your saved looks need it to work.

If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information, apart from records we are required to keep for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes.

You can review and edit your wardrobe, your style profile, and your saved looks inside the app at any time.

You can also ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of non-essential emails. Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will respond within the time the law allows.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to object to certain processing or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.
